PHILANTHROPY

My story

My heart has always been to make the world a better place by creating opportunity. No matter how much we have in this life, we are not called to simply give. We are called to empower. We are meant to teach people how to fish, providing the tools, resources, and opportunities that allow individuals and communities to thrive long-term.

This calling became real when I met Moses, a pastor in Uganda with a powerful vision to change the trajectory of a village in Tororo, Uganda. Together, we committed to seeing that vision fulfilled. Through our partnership, we have helped establish hospitals, churches, children’s homes, farms, tailoring schools, and sports teams, believing that by meeting physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, an entire generation could be transformed.

From this work, a mega church was built in the capital of Uganda, Kampala. What began as a structure made of cardboard and sticks, built purely on faith, has become a beacon of hope. Moses moved his family into one of the most predominantly Muslim communities in Uganda, trusting God completely. Through God’s favor, he gained the respect and support of the community.

The Lord spoke a word over Moses, that he would “rewrite the address” of that community. Together, we witnessed that promise fulfilled as the church was officially established as Rivers of Life Ministry Church, with a grand opening attended by the President of Uganda and government leaders, marking a permanent transformation of the area.

Today, Sarah, Moses’ wife, continues this mission, overseeing the churches, children’s homes, hospital, and farm, carrying forward his legacy. Her work remains focused on building the Kingdom of God, meeting real needs, and creating opportunities for people to flourish and grow.

This journey has been one of the greatest adventures of my life with the Lord, an ongoing testimony of faith, obedience, and the power of opportunity to change the world
